Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

During high-demand releases or limited drops, processing times may be extended.

 

U.S. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping — $18
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier (UPS/DHL)
  • Delivery times vary by location

Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These charges are not included at checkout and may be collected upon delivery.

 

Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary

 

Limited Releases & High-Demand Drops

During product releases or limited drops:

  • Orders may require additional processing time
  • Expedited shipping does not guarantee faster processing

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses
  • Restricted or sanctioned regions

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

 

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

VILEBOY is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect Shipping Information
