Please note that delivery dates may vary and could arrive earlier or later than expected.You may cancel your Pre-Order or request a return in accordance with our Return Policy. VILEBOY accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa MasterCard American Express Discover PayPal Apple Pay Shop Pay All transactions are securely processed and subject to authorization. If your payment is declined, please contact your financial institution for further support.

For security reasons, VILEBOY does not store your payment details. Accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal allow you to securely save your information for future purchases.

VILEBOY offers flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments and other available providers at checkout. If eligible, you can split your purchase into multiple payments during checkout. All payment plans are subject to approval by the provider. Terms and availability may vary.

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. All transactions are subject to authorization and verification before fulfillment. If you are using a payment plan provider such as Shop Pay Installments or Affirm, your payment schedule will be determined by the provider at checkout.

Sales tax is applied where required based on your shipping address and local regulations. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout.

Gift cards are not currently available. Prepaid cards (such as Visa or MasterCard gift cards) are accepted at checkout.

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If you need to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy. For pre-order or back-order items that have not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped. Additional Information Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pre-order and back-order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to view the status of your shipment. You will also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.

A signature is not typically required upon delivery. Orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers and delivered to the address provided at checkout. For special delivery requests, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

VILEBOY currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Each order is shipped to a single address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label. Return Guidelines: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product? Returns Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. All returned items must match those included in the original return request. Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Select items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
