At VILEBOY, every piece is crafted with intention. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, submit a return request through your account.
Alternatively, you may email us at orders@vileboy.com.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order
Damages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us or email us at orders@vileboy.com.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care items (if applicable)
Promotional Purchases
Items purchased using a promotion or discount code may be returned according to this policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees
We recommend marking returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still meet all return conditions.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items without tags
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without approval
