A signature is not typically required upon delivery. Orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers and delivered to the address provided at checkout. For special delivery requests, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
VILEBOY currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Each order is shipped to a single address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. All returned items must match those included in the original return request. Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Select items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
